Caring companionship, tailored support: Our dedicated staff provide personalized care for a range of needs, from daily life activities and medication management to reliable transportation. We believe in a comprehensive approach, collaborating with individuals and their caregivers to craft individualized care plans that empower autonomy and well-being.

Resource sharing for learning and fun: As a participant working with our support staff team you will have access to a community-based workshop and resource sharing network with all the tools and equipment to pursue a myriad of hobbies from welding to 3D printing and gardening to fishing. We are eager to support and empower you to explore your passions in an accessible, welcoming environment.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

More than just a toolkit, our resource sharing network unlocks career possibilities! We partner with local businesses and organizations to offer customized job training and internships, paving the way for fulfilling employment. Not only that, our dedicated job coaches lend personalized guidance and job search support, empowering individuals to land their dream jobs.

Our team boasts Vocational Rehabilitation certification, meaning we specialize in assisting individuals with disabilities in achieving their career aspirations. Through comprehensive vocational assessments, targeted job placements, and ongoing on-the-job support, we equip them with the skills and confidence to thrive in the workforce. It is our mission to empower individuals with disabilities to lead independent, fulfilling lives and reach their full potential.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

CW's mission thrives on exploration and discovery. We facilitate access to a collaborative workshop and resource sharing network with a wide variety of tools and equipment. Try out working in a wood shop, metal shop, 3D printing lab, garden, kitchen, music lab and more to explore your interests, learn new skills and discover new passions.
